Fears, predictions, numerology, superstitions are such a big part of Aishwarya Rai and her soon to be in-law's (Amitabh Bachchan & Jaya Bachchan) and husband's (Abhishek Bachchan) lives that the poor lady had to marry a tree! We couldn't make this up! Bollywood star Aishwarya Rai has married a tree to overcome astrological differences with her fiancé Abhishek Bachchan

However, knowing Ash she couldn't settle for just any tree, so she married Treebeard, the great sheperd of the forest in the Lord of the Rings: The Two Towers - Trust me, Treebeard isn't your regular easy going sorta tree after his LOTR fame, but for Ash he even put on a turban without saying a peep - now that's what I call a match made in heaven!
