Location is key, and to make sure you overcome your fear of balance, start exercising at the edge of a cliff - this will assure that you won't lose your balance later.
Workout clothes: To increase resistance and build strength, Antara recommends wearing no shoes and encourages us to 'be creative' and 'accessorize' with workout attire. Dig out all those handkerchiefs, feathers, fishnet scarves, beeds, etc
Step 1: Find a big rock to start a few seated stretches...move closer to the edge of the cliff and balance on one foot
One way to strengthen your core muscles is to do core exercises with an Abhishek Bachchan. If you're a beginner, consider a softer/chubbier Abhi since the repetitions will be less difficult. For advanced level, try using a more toned Abhi, which is a tough find - but keep the spirit and don't lose hope.
Step 2: Place Abhi on your right, while you complete 50 sit ups (Antara prefers to go Commando for this one)
Step 3: Push and Lift your body forward until your entire body weight is on Abhi. Hold this position for three deep breaths and return to start position and repeat 10 times. Remember, in order to evenly balance body weight wear 2 dozen bangles and wrap a long scarf around your body.
Step 4: Now, make sure Abhi is behind you, thrust your entire body onto him and flex your legs and hands in coordination with his. Once again, in order to not gravitate too much towards the ground - make sure your have you hair done up in bunny ears to help elevation.
Step 5 and final: Place Abhi on the floor, lie with your back on him and rest one leg on the floor and push the other gently up in the air. Before doing this last routine, make sure you take off all that exercise gear and wrap a red scarf around your body.
PHEW....
